Kabinett
Kunst- und Naturalienkabinette or Wunderkammern are the forerunners of the museums and exhibition spaces as we know them today. "Artificialia" and "Naturalia" were mostly collected and exhibited in private rooms from the Middle Ages, and were only accessible to a select audience. The collection concept at that time included objects with scientific claims, art objects and curiosities.
The SUPER as Baroque Wunderkammer. The setting is intimate - more natural historical collection arrangement than exhibition situation. A prince, curious topographies, rocks from outer space, engravings, graphics, paintings, plant representations and a mysterious logbook seem to become relics from the past, yet they are products of the current art scene.
