The INNER DANCE

Through movement we will explore the consciousness of letting go and explore inner emotions and sensations.
The Inner Dance is based on somatic exercises, inspired by butoh, contemporary dance, and authentic movement.
You will be invited to enhance the connection with yourself, your body and your dance skills through improvisational forms.
Each class will have a specific focus such as emotions, images, resetting/observation, contact and simulation. Each focus will guide the class and the movement experience.
