Daniel Lee is the founder of Being Balance. He has dedicated his life to offering a modern approach to teaching authentic Tai Chi and Chi Kung, so that people may enrich their lives and improve the quality of their health.

As a disciple of Sifu 劉漢山George Liew (Hong Kong Tai Chi Assoc., Cheng Ting Hung lineage), and a direct student of Grand Master Mantak Chia, Daniel Lee is a highly qualified teacher of Tai Chi and Chi Kung. He is certified as a Level 7 Master by the World Organization of Wushu Kung Fu Masters.

The BEING BALANCE System was created to integrate Tai Chi and Chi Kung with our modern lifestyles. We aim to offer people practical tools for work-life balance, stress-reduction, and to improve fitness and health.

Tai Chi is at once a study of movement and a meditative martial art that has become popular for reducing stress and improving health. It can be seen as a slow-motion routine that millions of people practice together every morning in parks around the world. It has become known for its many health benefits; including improving blood circulation, joint mobility, and flexibility.

Thursdays 19.00–20.00 (Beginner Tai Chi in English)
Thursdays 19.00-20.00 (Beginner Tai Chi in German)

The Tai Chi Form has 3 sections, each section is 10 classes (€ 15,-/class, € 130,-/section)
