Still Life Reloaded

The quiet aesthetics of immobile objects, lifeless animals or arranged flowers or fruits has experienced a variety of different forms as a separate art genre, especially since the 17th century. In recent years / decades it has been quiet about still life. The three exhibiting artists dare to try new, personal interpretations of this old theme, which never loses its relevance. Far beyond the symbolic or aesthetic composition, they see still life as the holding of a situation, a seemingly unmoved moment. A snapshot, where an object or background can be the focus of the interest.
