Much Ado About Nothing

2016 was the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death. Everything was terribly official, very proper.

2017 is the 401st anniversary, so we think it’s high time for the bard to let his hair down and celebrate properly!

Open House Theatre are presenting Much Ado About Nothing with a spoonful of silliness instead of seriousness, a pinch of irreverence and a great big helping of fun to go with it.
There will be no need to perform amazing mental acrobatics just to keep up with what’s happening, and therefore Shakespeare’s masterful storytelling can shine through to everyone. It’s still Shakespeare of course, just not quite as you know it…
