SMART GOTT is a multimedia art project by the creative Vienna native Gabriel Diakowski for the further development of our spiritual uniqueness as humans. It takes on the the monotheistic conception of God and places it in the context of a new synaesthetic theory of writing and culture.

The start of SMART GOTT is the etymological meaning of "God." The word "God" is rooted in the Indo-European word for "call" (ghuto) and essentially means "the called" – without a more precise determination of who or what is called. In "calling," the nature of our human speech can be found in a very general sense, since every spoken word symbolically stands a concept that is "called." In the conception of God, there is thus a torque of the development of language; From this, the author concludes that we can further develop ourselves as a spiritual species if we further develop the concept of God – on the basis of scientific research.
