Dance performance & artist talk
Throughout this performance, Veronika explores her time when she began to dance and the impact teachers had on her further development. It is a journey from curiosity to despair and negativity and finally to finding yourself and your passion again. Inspired by a female teacher Vita Osojnik this performance is dedicated in admiration to her. How a seed can grow within the right circumstances and how it cannot grow in the wrong circumstances. "When are you gonna stop performing for me and start dancing? When are you gonna to stop showing me how well you move and start showing me why? I need artists, thinking, feeling human beings." a quote by Vita Osojnik.

Live podcast - Fempoem
The podcast/radioshow FEM*POEM was founded by Romina Sylvia Achatz in December 2017 to unfold a wide space for the voices of writers, rappers, critical thinkers, philosophers, and poets. She invites guests she ADMIRES to talk, discuss, read and philosophize with them. FEM*POEM understands itself as activism and cultivates freedom of speech as an aesthetic of existence.
The live show at “CLITICAL TALK” moderated by Romina, will be the 5th edition of FEM*POEM. The guests of the first 4 editions and the live-podcast will join with the theme “ADMIRATION TOWARDS WOMEN”, bringing words sharper than knives and hearts wider than the ocean.

The Rrriot Festival is being launched as a feminist festival for the first time:
In co-operation with more than 40 partners we will focus on a variety of different perspectives in over 70 events. Feminism for everybody! This is the motto of the first edition of the festival, and that is also why we open most of the Rrriot Events to everybody interested.

The Business Riot Festival marks its third season in 2018. It is Austria’s biggest conference on the topics of women, jobs and female entrepreneurship. In more than 60 workshops, career talks and networking activities, participants will have the chance to take a closer look at their own employment histories and their careers.
