As a gentrification and real estate expert, the performance artist Barbis Ruder presents measures for the liberation of architecture from the people. The methodology is illustrated and demonstrated on various speculative objects, mountains and other objects of the BIG. "Vermessen" represents the perfect offer in the combination of brokerage, aerobics and running to determine the actual value of real estate and cultural sites. The theoretical part is followed by a tape measure-warm-up with an arduous running course, in which the environment is measured and increased in value.
