ANNA VIRNICH, Sticky Note

For the Galerie Nathalie Halgand Anna Virnich developed a new series of objects, which on the one hand are influenced by different impressions in Vienna and on the other hand are due to a longer occupation with spatial expressions. The materials for their plastic work and spatial arrangements do not seem to be a fixed requirement: materials such as wax, oil, textile, leather or metal span a broad spectrum but are characterised by strong, tangible physicality. Substances of animal origin, such as leather or wax, are the triggers of intense experiences, which are intensified by penetrating odours and fragrances.
