Jimmy Cauty is a musician, artist, and cultural agent provocateur. With Bill Drummond, he founded the band project The KLF. Together, they have produced a series of number one hits, burned a million pounds on a Scottish island, wrote a guide for One-Hit-Wonder, fired machine guns with blank bullets into the audience at the Brit Awards, and gave the 40,000 £ award K-Foundation Award to the worst artist of the year. Cauty was a founding member of the band The Orb. He collects stamps and is into model making.
His current project The Aftermath Dislocation Principle (ADP) was a highlight in Banksy’s 2015 Dismaland. Since 2016, the project has been on tour as ADP Riot Tour in a custom-built shipping container as a pop-cultural monument of resistance. ADP is a monumental post-rebellion landscape in a small scale. In the completely demolished and abandoned model town in a scale of 1:87, only a few thousand police officers remained behind, who can be viewed through peepholes in the walls of the container.
In Vienna, ADP is presented at three different locations: in the 16th district, commemorating the 1911 Revolt Against Rising Prices; in the 19th district in recognition of the municipal buildings as bastions of the resistance against Austro-Fascism; and in the 2nd district commemorating the evacuation of the Pizzeria Anarchia in 2014.
All graffitis on the outside walls of the container were added without the permission of the artist or the tour organisation. In the event that someone feels attacked or offended by a word on the container, the task of that person is to write a less offensive word over the offensive one. This is not the artist’s task. Any requests by artists to paint the container have been rejected. The ADP Riot Tour tolerates vandalism but not art.

The ADP is best viewed after sunset, as the sunlight affects the visibility.
