1st Misatango Choir Festival Vienna - Gala Concert
Argentinian Tango brought to Austria in a unique way. Singers and musicians from all over the world come together in Vienna to bring an evening full of tango rhythms and melodies to the stage of the Wiener Konzerthaus. Under the baton of renowned Maestro Saul Zaks, with composer Martín Palmeri at the piano, Pablo Mainetti playing the bandoneón and with mezzo-soprano soloist Carla Filipcic Holm participating choirs will jointly perform the “Misa a Buenos Aires”, a contemporary roman mass in an authentic Argentinean tango style – a perfect symbiosis of music and spirituality. Look forward to an international evening full of authentic choral music from Argentina.
